Please join us in officially welcoming A Matter of Taste Kitchen to Peoria Heights! This shared commercial kitchen is a launchpad for food entrepreneurs, a tribute to 45 years of culinary excellence, and a powerful collaboration with Bradley University’s Turner Center for Entrepreneurship. We’re so excited to see how this innovative kitchen fuels growth, creativity, and community right here in the Heights.
Whether you’re a caterer, food truck owner, baker, or packaged food producer, the fully licensed commercial kitchen offers:

- Online scheduling and management through The Food Corridor

- Access to professional-grade kitchen equipment including a grill, range/oven, convection oven and the only Tandoor Oven in a shared kitchen in the Midwest!
