Peoria County Bright Futures, is an Illinois State Board funded Preschool for All Program that offers Free Preschool for children ages 3 to 5 years old!

Bright Futures has 25 preschool classrooms in 14 locations within participating school district throughout Peoria County. Children must turn 3 by September 1st, or be 4 years old after September 1st. Developmental screenings are in partnership with the Special Education Association of Peoria County (SEAPCO).
