Prohibition 309 is a locally owned mobile artisan pizza business serving Central Illinois. Founded by husband-and-wife team James and Kari McGinnis, we create handcrafted pizzas using handmade dough, house sauces, fresh ingredients, and our signature hot honey. Our menu blends familiar favorites with bold, creative combinations, all served with a playful nod to Peoria’s Prohibition era history.
You can find us at local breweries, community events, private celebrations, and festivals throughout the region. At Prohibition 309, we believe food is the great human equalizer, bringing people together across backgrounds, experiences, and generations!
