Peoria Promise Foundation

Peoria Promise was founded 18 years ago and is 100% donor funded by individual and corporate partners. It is because of this support, students can hope and dream of a future that includes a college education earned through attending Illinois Central College.  

Since the inception of our program in 2008, $7.7 million has been raised, investing in over 5,800 students in their pursuit of an occupational certificate, an associate degree, or a baccalaureate transfer program. Our program is now available to all city of Peoria, West Peoria and Peoria Heights high school graduates; public or private school, including homeschool and GED students.  Peoria Promise is a last dollar program for eligible students.  For information on how to apply or to become an investor, go to www.peoriapromise.org
